Individual Counselling
Individual counselling offers a confidential and supportive space where you can freely express and process what’s happening in your life. It’s an opportunity to explore your thoughts and emotions without judgment, gaining clarity and understanding about your challenges. Together, we’ll work to identify your strengths, develop strategies, and find a path forward that empowers you to navigate and overcome this difficult time, moving towards a more positive and fulfilling future.
Couples Counselling
Are you experiencing difficulties in your relationship, where everyday challenges seem to overshadow the joy, you once shared? Or perhaps you’ve made the decision to part ways and wish to approach the process with care, positivity, and consideration for both you and your children.
Couples counselling offers a supportive space to explore personal patterns, understand relationship dynamics, and develop practical tools to help you navigate these challenges and build a healthier path forward.
Jo is dedicated to helping couples reconnect, rediscover the love in their relationship, and move forward with renewed hope and excitement for the future.
Outreach Counselling
Jo understands that significant life changes, such as moving into a residential care home, can bring about emotional challenges and uncertainty. To ensure counselling remains accessible during these transitions, Jo offers outreach services, coming directly to your residential care home. This compassionate approach provides a safe and supportive space to explore your feelings, adjust to change, and navigate life’s difficulties in the comfort of your own environment.
(Contact Jo to confirm if your residential care home is within her area).
Support for Women
Jo has deep compassion for women who are struggling with Depression, Post–Natal depression, Anxiety, Menopause, or Empty-Nesters. If you feel you may be struggling with one or more of these and it’s starting to affect your work, personal life, or general enjoyment in life, then it could be time to reach out for some more support.
